Girish Mehta, P.E., LSRP
Girish is the Principal Engineer at Prestige Environmental, Inc. and has over 30 years experience in environmental due diligence, engineering and planning, site remediation, and health and safety consulting. Mr. Mehta founded Prestige Environmental, Inc. in 1993 in Edison, New Jersey with a focus on providing environmental and engineering services in the tri-state area. Mr. Mehta has significant experience with consulting on large-scale environmental remediation projects. Clientele of Prestige Environmental includes, but is not limited to, government agencies, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate firms and developers, public sector services, industrial and manufacturing corporations, small businesses, small and big-box retail corporations, and law firms. Mr Mehta received his Masters of Science in Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). In addition to his education, Mr. Mehta is trained in OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, and has regulatory training in the closure and subsurface evaluation of underground storage tanks in the State of New Jersey. He is a Professional Engineer licensed by the New Jersey Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers, and the Pennsylvania Association of Professional Engineers. He is also a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in the State of New Jersey.

Xerxes Antia, P.E.
Xerxes is an Associate at Prestige Environmental, Inc. and has 30+ years experience in environmental assessments, due diligence, engineering and planning, site remediation, and health and safety consulting. Mr. Antia joined Prestige Environmental in February 1999 and has focused on design, planning and implementation of long-term remediation projects. Mr. Antia has extensive experience with environmental assessments, site investigations, remedial investigations, and remedial actions on small and large-scale environmental projects for government agencies, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate firms and developers, public sector services, industrial and manufacturing corporations, small businesses, small and big-box retail corporations, and law firms. Mr. Antia received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and is a Professional Engineer licensed by the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers. Mr. Antia is also trained in OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, and is licensed for closure and subsurface evaluation of underground storage tanks in the State of New Jersey.

Floyd R. Campbell, Jr., CHMM
Floyd is a Senior Project Manager with Prestige Environmental and President of Premier Environmental. Mr. Campbell's areas of expertise include: underground storage tank closure/removal and replacement, hazardous waste handling/treatment and disposal, spill cleanup, building/equipment decontamination, extensive regulatory permit knowledge, facility/project management, working knowledge of mechanical equipment/pumps, project estimating and sales/marketing. He has also managed hundreds of spill related projects, including PCB clean up. Mr. Campbell has worked for three environmental firms and founded Premier Environmental Service, Inc. before working with Prestige Environmental, Inc. in late 2004. In addition to the above Mr. Campbell is also well versed in providing instruction for safety related coursework. He conducted three safety courses for the United States Postal Service in 2005. His services are utilized by the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) for the OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER Course for issues related to personal protective equipment (PPE) use and selection, confined space entry, etc. Mr. Campbell has also worked as a safety trainer with the New Jersey Youth Corp.

Anthony J. Galasso
Anthony is a senior project manager with 13 years experience in environmental due diligence, remediation consulting, and hazardous waste management. Mr. Galasso's primary responsibilities at Prestige Environmental include conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, transaction screenings, FCC National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) surveys for wireless telecommunications facilities, Phase II site and remedial investigations pursuant to federal, state, and local regulations, and health and safety consulting for construction projects. Mr. Galasso also has experience in the management, disposal, and documentation of hazardous waste under the rules of RCRA and TSCA. Mr. Galasso is also a federally-accredited asbestos inspector and management planner in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and is trained to identify, sample, and manage asbestos containing materials in buildings. Mr. Galasso received his Bachelors of Science in Environmental Studies from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and a Masters of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Pollution Prevention and Remediation from Rutgers University. In addition to his education, Mr. Galasso is trained in OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER, and has been trained in Substation High Voltage Hazard Awareness as per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269. He has been a member of ASTM International for 10 years and has consulted on the creation of new environmental standards for remediation, site assessment, and CERCLA continuing obligations for Brownfield sites.

Archana Dave
Archana joined Prestige Environmental, Inc. in December 2005 with a primary focus on creating user friendly interface for managing project deadlines, task lists and reminders associated with regulatory permits, licenses and reporting requirements, online forms, built in workflow, and escalating e-mail notifications of critical activities. Ms. Dave is responsible for day to day tracking of data and centralizing of documents into a single web based interface which is remotely accessible to all staff members. In addition, she attends telephones, interacts with clients and vendors, maintains and updates company's qualifications and agency certifications. Ms. Dave also prepares proposals, project reports, permit applications, correspondence and invoices; compiles project cost information from time sheets, expense sheets and vendor invoices, keeps track of accounts payable and receivables, prepares weekly job cost report for the Principal Engineer, and provides project cost information to the Project Manager to monitor budget. Ms. Dave received her Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry from Holker Science College in India and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Applications from the University of Bombay, India.
